Site Development
We approach the development of a web site or web application from your perspective first. In other words, if InfoWave were to pay a company to design and build
something what would we expect?
First – A meeting to review your ideas and needs. During this meeting we will further discuss your industry and business so that we gain a better
understanding of your perspective, motivation and project goal. Because a lot of information is passed during the meeting we make sure to provide you with
detailed meeting notes. These notes will provide the foundation of the proposal and are useful reference during the design and project build.
Second – Sample designs. We will meet with you again either in person or remotely to review and discuss the designs. From this discussion we incorporate
the best ideas and provide you with another design. After you approve the design we can move to the building of the project plan.
Third – Project plan. The project plan is the blueprint of the site and incorporates the approved design and details the functionality of the site both
graphically and textually. We present the project plan in a Power Point format so that you can view the processes from beginning to end. This is a great
opportunity to make adjustments and recommendations before any coding begins.
Fourth – Development begins. Now that we have the design and project plan approved we can hand it off to our development and quality control team and turn
your idea into reality.
Fifth – Customer Q.A. We supply you with access to our development site where you can give your idea a test drive, giving you the opportunity to
familiarize yourself with the functionality before it goes live.
